Friends...

Last weekend we were in Rhode Island for a birthday party.. Devon turned 3! Which means Cole is not far behind.. booohooo! We had a fun time at a black light indoor mini-golf facility.. but the pictures are not all that extravagant so I'm not sharing them! After the party we went back to their house for some outdoor fun in the BEAUTIFUL weather!

Devon's Mom, Danielle, and I have been friends now for almost 14 years.. college friends! We met at our Freshman orientation and ended up living up on the same floor, Caden and Maya are the same age and Cole and Devon.. Cora will harass them all! But the point of this background story is to get me to the part of the day that made me laugh the most! Danielle and I were talking and Devon wanted her to do something for him. She said "not now, Mommy is talking with her friend" Devon said.. "she's not your friend! She's Cole's Mommy!" Haha! Just goes to show you how children view life! Apparently Mommy's and Daddy's don't have friends! they as kids have friends and the adults come along with them! When in fact sometimes it is just the opposite! Anyway thankfully the kids get along great together so everyone has a very enjoyable visit!
