Easter Morning began extra early for Rob.. we have one of the automatic alarm clocks which switches the clocks for you automatically. But now that the time changes have.. changed... it's not so technologically savvy... especially when Rob woke up at "6:15" to hide the eggs in the backyard, only to find out it was actually 5:15! Whoopsy!The kids were very excited to find their baskets filled with fun... rain boots, Nerf guns, a new t-ball set, jumping sacks (the boys have been asking for jumping sacks for months), bubbles and a bunch of other fun stuff, and only a few pieces of candy.
Lock and load.. these guys are fully automatic since the other ones we have you have to pump and it's a bit hard for the wee ones.
Time for the egg hunt! This year each kid got their own color so there wouldn't be any fighting.. and so Caden wouldn't blast through and collect them all before the other kids had a chance!
It was really funny, they just stood here in the middle of the yard spinning around each other looking around, not sure where to go next with all the eggs around.
YAY!! I got one!
It took a few minutes but Cora got the hang of egg collecting (I couldn't pick just one picture they were all so cute!)

Yay!! Egg hunt complete! We whisked them inside for breakfast and Easter clothes to head to church, and then off to Babci's house for Easter Dinner... stay tuned!

Poor Rob! (Not really, ha-ha!) Egg hunt in the morning looks like fun! Next year we'll be at our house and we'll definitely be doing this around our yard as well!
