Rogers' Road Trip: More Virginia

I wanted to combine both Virginia days into one post, but it turns out there would be far too many pictures to look at.  Monday morning we woke up and went to "Blue Grass Breakfast"  where we dined on delicious pancakes and french toast while some old timers played blue grass.  Since Virginia was just recovering from a heat wave (glad we weren't there during it because it was low 100's while we were there, I'd hate to see what heat wave temps are!) Mary Jane though she'd take us to her friends pool where peacocks roam around the grounds, the pool was such a nice temperature, I'm sure they have a much longer swim season than we do.  Caden braved up and jumped off the side of the pool for the first time.. and he hasn't stopped jumping yet!  Cora is also a huge fan of the pool.  Cole's favorite activity is not the pool as you can see by the lack of his face in these pictures... he was far too busy raiding the snack bag.

For dinner we went to a BBQ joint, on the way home we stopped at this beautiful field for some photo-ops.  On our first sighting the sky was blue dotted with clouds, these clouds are a bit thicker than I would prefer... but the rest is so beautiful it was hard to pass it up.
