The swing set has welcomed us back with open arms this past week! Often we look around for Cora in the yard, and then we find her.. sitting on this swing hoping for a push! When one of her brothers hops on to give her a ride she is in heaven.
Our first monkey.. not quite ready for the monkey bars alone.. I give him til the end of summer before we see him scrambling across!
And then there is Caden... His first year showing an in interest in trying to cross them himself! And here he goes!
One rung...
... two rungs!
... a look of desperation towards that next rung.. and he was on the ground! but that didn't stop him from trying again! by then he was getting tired.. so he moved on to sliding with Cole.
This is never a good idea...
...wipeout! But he bounces back ready for the next trick.
Lovely Cora.. when she is having fun her tongue is out, she runs.. you guessed it, with her tongue out! Some day she is going to fall and get a nasty bite!
Bros! When these two are getting along they are best buds.. I hope it always stays that way! In case you wonder why Caden is glowing... Cole was in the shade, Caden was in the sun.. an interesting look!
Rob's beer was empty and our steak tips done... time to go inside for dinner.

Anna always has her tongue out too! And she twists it a lot! Funny. I am also waiting for a big bite on it.
Caden was SO proud to tell me that evening that he had almost made across the monkey bars!
The swing sets are definitely the best investments that I can think of!
