Can't Get Enough Sledding!!

On New Years Day it was back to the hills for some more sledding fun with the Sevins... The weather was beautiful! and actually a bit steamy with all of our layers on! I'm not sure what it is about sledding pictures but I have such a hard time narrowing them down! So why not post a bunch right? who doesn't love pictures?

The first picture is completely over exposed.. but it was the only one apparently that I took of Cole pulling Cora around. He would've pulled her all the way home if he could have, he loved pulling her!

Cole and Charlotte are about 7 months apart in age, its amazing what a big difference this is right now, but by the time Charlotte is 3 we'll hardly be able to tell.. aside from the height anyway! Charlotte is a peanut!!

There was a miniature horse there getting some fresh air.. her name was Ladybug. Interestingly enough the woman just puts the horse right into her car with her! Apparently it is a therapy horse, or whatever it is called.. and she takes her to nursing homes, etc. Cole was drawn to the "pony" and wanted to ride her.. funny because he wants NOTHING to do with Grampy Waterhouse's horses, I guess it was because she was just his size!

Teamwork! Charlotte and Cole pull Cora together!

Daddy and Caden slide together... this was only allowed because Caden flew off a jump and landed on his head and wasn't loving sledding for a bit.. if that hadn't happened together sliding would never have been allowed!!

Notice Cole covering his eyes?!

And now they are closed?! Finally we told him to keep his eyes on me. We were only sending him down by himself from about 1/4 of the way up the hill. By the end of the day we looked up and Cole was almost to the top of the hill all by himself! He wanted to do the big hill, of course he forgot a sled, and when Rob brought one up to him he did NOT want Daddy to ride with him, but Rob clung on to the back to slow him down for about half of the hill then let him coast to the bottom on his own.

He loved the Sevins big tube!! and it was perfect because it enveloped him!

Cole S.. another pro slider!

I even took Cora for a 1/4 hill ride!

And he's back!! Bump on the head and all!

You can tell how warm it was out!

Wheee!

The sky was a magnificent blue!!

Charlotte preferred the bottom of the hill for most of the morning!

Whoops! Can you blame her?!!! HAHA!

Another great day of sledding!
Unfortunately the next two days sledding didn't work out due to naps and freeeeezing cold weather on Sunday.. but we'll be back don't you worry! But I think we have enough pictures now!
